About Olive Barn 

Olive Barn is surrounded by wildlife; both Red and Roe deer, rabbits, and sheep not to mention the spring lambs which are a delight for all to enjoy. The bird life varies from the tiny blue tit on the bird table to the magnificent buzzards flying up and down the lane. Then at night whilst admiring the stars, you may be lucky enough to see or hear the owls!

Olive Barn provides ample parking in the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. Steps lead down into the garden with stunning views across the fields. The seating area under the gazebo is the perfect place for al fresco dining, and the hot tub is a great place to relax.

Once you step inside this luxury barn conversion you will be greeted by a fully fitted, hand-crafted kitchen with a double range. Feel free to help yourself to fresh herbs from the courtyard garden. Then go up into the lounge where you can relax on comfy sofas while watching the smart TV, playing a board game, enjoying a jigsaw, or just relaxing with a book. Then progress through to the three tastefully decorated bedrooms. There's the king-size with an en-suite that offers a 10ft drench shower and roll-top bath. The double bedroom with access to the courtyard and a charming bunk room.

The barn has been built around a courtyard which is a real sun trap, a great place for your morning coffee with access from both the master and double bedrooms as well as the lounge and kitchen.

It is only a twenty-minute drive from the beautiful town of Dulverton, the gateway to Exmoor, and the famous 'Two Moors Way' passes just one mile from the top of the private drive making the area a must for walkers and cyclists, and with plenty of traditional country pubs, restaurants, and tea rooms close by, it caters for all.

  • Sorry: no pets and no smoking

  • Closest shop and pub 4 miles away

  • Note: there are steps throughout the property and garden, please take care.

  • Note: the pond in the rear garden is unfenced, please be careful and supervise children at all times.
